The Firm
DWM was founded on a simple premise: business owners deserve an advisor who understands both sides of their financial life — the business and the family. What started with retirement plan design and investment management for business owners grew, over four decades, into something far more comprehensive.
MPO Family Office™ is the formalization of everything learned across those four decades — built into a model that delivers coordinated, family-office-level planning for the demographic that needs it most and has been most underserved by the industry.
How We Operate
Our recommendations are always driven by what's right for the client. We disclose all compensation transparently and are structured to keep our incentives aligned with your outcomes — not with selling anything.
We serve a limited number of families by design. The depth of work we do requires it. We'd rather do this exceptionally well for fewer people than adequately for more.
If you have a CPA or attorney you trust, we want to work with them. Our role is to ensure everyone is operating from the same strategy — not to displace relationships that are working.
Not what confirms the decision you've already made. Honest counsel — even when it's uncomfortable — is the only kind worth having. Our clients tell us this is one of the things they value most.
